Botella al mar

Founded in 1946 by Spanish poet Arturo Cuadrado and painter Luis Seoane, and directed by Alejandrina Devescovi since 1976, many of the young authors they first published went on to become canonized, such as Alejandra Pizarnik, Alberto Girri, Juan José Ceselli, Enrique Molina, Juan José Hernández, Vicente Barbieri, and Carlos Latorre. Their catalogue also includes: Francisco Madariaga, José Pedroni, Raúl Gustavo Aguirre, Santiago Kovadloff, Cristina Piña, Jorge Madrazo, Ana Guillot, Carlos Barbarito, Pedro Mairal, Bernard Noël, Nicole Brossard, and Julie Stanton. In 2002, they created the collection “Candil” which publishes other literary genres. In 2017 they celebrated seventy-one years publishing poetry.
