Ediciones de la Flor is one of the few traditional Argentinian publishing houses that remains independently-run by its original founders. A family company, partners Ana María Kuki Miler and Daniel Divinsky have led the press since 1970. In 2015, founding partner Daniel Divinsky retired and Kuki Miler stepped in as publisher and director, upholding the values that allowed Ediciones de la Flor to become a respected publishing house. Their founding collection is known for its humorous comics, its original authors, and the constant integration of new values. They publish an average of thirty new titles per year, in addition to the numerous reeditions which, in cases such as Mafalda, count millions of copies sold.
