Founded in Buenos Aires in 2000 by brothers Leopoldo and Octavio Kulesz, this press began with Leyendo a Euclides, by Beppo Levi. Since then, they have published more than 180 titles, among them non-fiction by both Argentinian and foreign authors such as Ivonne Bordelois, Silvia Bleichmar, Pierre Bourdieu, Immanuel Wallerstein, Noam Chomsky and Primo Levi. Their main areas of interest are mathematics, philosophy, political science and contemporary politics, psychoanalysis, linguistics, and education. Libros del Zorzal distributes its books in all of Latin America and Spain. They regularly participate in major book fairs around the world: Frankfurt, Guadalajara, Caracas, Liber, Turin, London, and Buenos Aires, among others.
